eCRF (electronic Case Report Form)
The survey questionnaires are answered electronically via a web browser on a PC or tablet.
After inclusion of a patient in the registry, he/she is registered in the eCRF with his/her pseudonymization number. A visit schedule is automatically created. The data collection sheets for the current visit can be opened and answered.

All information collected in the CRF and available in the HSBest for research purposes is anonymous.

Participating patients receive a questionnaire at 12-week intervals during their routine appointments, which asks for information relevant to the registry. This questionnaire is fully digitized and is completed by tablet. At each scheduled visit, the physician also enters findings/therapy planning either on the PC or also on the tablet.
